Moaqeb provides PRO services in Riyadh online: we are a general services office registered in Riyadh that identifies what your government transaction needs, prepares your documents and letters, and guides you through submission and follow-up on the official platforms over WhatsApp. There is no counter to visit and no queue, and the same service reaches every Saudi city.
In Saudi Arabia this work goes by several names: general services office, government services office, mu’aqqib (معقب), or mandoob and PRO in companies. It used to mean visiting departments with paper forms. Today most transactions run on Absher, Qiwa, Muqeem, Balady and the Saudi Business Center, so the hard part is knowing the right platform, the requirements and why an application came back.
What a general services office (mu’aqqib / mandoob) does
- Explains the procedure and its requirements in plain language
- Prepares your data and documents before submission
- Helps you submit the request on the right government platform
- Follows the request online and prepares replies to notes
- Drafts letters and forms related to the transaction
When do you need one?
- You are not sure which platform or steps apply
- Your application came back with notes you do not know how to fix
- Your business has recurring Qiwa, GOSI or Balady procedures
- You do not have time to follow the procedure yourself
- You are outside Saudi Arabia with a procedure at a Saudi authority
Online office vs typing centre or walk-in mandoob
Searching for a typing center in Riyadh usually means you want a form filled in and submitted without learning the platform yourself. For most e-services you no longer need a shop nearby: the platforms are online, documents go from your phone, and Nafath and payment happen on your side wherever you are.
To be clear: we are registered in Riyadh under commercial registration (CR) 1009048159, but we do not receive visitors and have no walk-in counter. You send your request on WhatsApp at any time, we reply with the requirements and the cost, and then we work with you on the official platforms.
| Online office (Moaqeb) | Typing centre or walk-in mandoob | |
|---|---|---|
| How you reach it | WhatsApp or phone, from anywhere | A visit during opening hours |
| Documents | Photos or PDFs from your phone | Often copies or originals at the counter |
| Nafath, codes and payment | Always stay with you | Should also stay with you |
| Visits to authorities | Not offered | Offered by some mandoobs |
| Coverage | Every Saudi city, and clients abroad | Usually the surrounding area |
A walk-in mandoob may suit a transaction that needs someone at an authority’s office or the handover of originals. If it runs on an e-service platform, the platform and the decision are the same either way; you just save the trip.
Services Riyadh residents ask for most
The requests behind our PRO services in Riyadh are the same ones we handle everywhere, which is why one government services office can cover the Kingdom online:
- Iqama services in Riyadh: renewals for dependents and employees, and fixing what blocks them.
- Visas: exit re-entry, final exit and family visit applications.
- Employers: Qiwa contracts, profession changes, absence reports and GOSI.
- Businesses: commercial registration, Balady licences and chamber attestations.
- Letters and objections: Najiz requests, official letters and replies to notes.
Each one is explained, with its platform and fee range, on our iqama, visa and business services page.
Jeddah, Dammam, Khobar and other cities: the same remote service
The work happens on national platforms, so your city does not change the steps. Clients looking for PRO services in Jeddah, Dammam or Khobar, or in Makkah, Madinah and Abha, follow the same process as those using our PRO services in Riyadh. We have no offices in those cities and do not claim to. Clients abroad can use us too if their registered phone receives verification codes. See also our online PRO services in Saudi Arabia.
How to check a services office before you pay
Offices differ in how carefully they treat your money and your data. Before you send documents to any office, including ours, check these points:
- A commercial registration you can verify. Look up the office’s CR number with the Ministry of Commerce’s free commercial registration data query, or scan the QR code on its CR certificate, which opens the official Saudi Business Center record (now part of the Saudi Center for Competitiveness and Business, SCBC). The CR should be active and the name should match.
- No passwords, no verification codes. No office needs your Absher, Qiwa or Nafath login details or the code sent to your phone, and you should never approve a Nafath request you did not start yourself.
- A written quote before work starts, separating the service fee from government fees and stating what is not included, as on our pricing page.
- Government fees through official channels only: SADAD or the platform’s own payment page, against an official bill you can see.
- No guaranteed outcomes. “Guaranteed approval” is a promise no office controls; the decision belongs to the authority. Ask for proof of any claim to be “approved” by an authority; we make no such claim.
You can verify our CR on the Saudi Business Center. For a fuller comparison, read how to choose an online general services office.

FAQ
Questions clients often ask
What is a general services office in Saudi Arabia?
A business that helps individuals and companies with government procedures, from explaining requirements and preparing the request to submission and follow-up. It is also called a mu’aqqib, mandoob or PRO.
Do I need to visit your office in Riyadh?
No. We are registered in Riyadh (CR 1009048159) but have no walk-in counter. Our PRO services in Riyadh happen on WhatsApp, by phone and on the official platforms.
Are you a typing centre?
No. We are an online alternative for the same applications: we prepare the data and documents with you and guide your submission on the official platform, without a counter or printing.
Can you help if I am in Jeddah, Dammam or another city?
Yes. The same remote service covers every Saudi city, and clients abroad, as long as the registered phone can receive verification codes.
Do you visit government offices on my behalf?
No. We do not offer field visits or represent anyone before authorities or courts. If your transaction needs you in person, we tell you at the start.
Do you need my Nafath password or verification code?
No. You log in and enter codes yourself while we guide you. Do not give a verification code to anyone who asks for it.
How is the cost set?
By the type of service and the work involved. Simple services start from SAR 49, and you receive the price before we start. Government fees are separate and paid to the authority.
