Moaqeb offers online iqama services in Saudi Arabia, along with visa, employer and business e-services, for expats, families, HR teams and small businesses. We identify the requirements, prepare your request and documents, guide you through submission on the official platforms and follow it up. Nafath login, verification codes, fee payment and signatures stay with you.
Most clients come with one transaction: a dependent’s iqama that will not renew, a family visit application, or a Qiwa request returned with a note. We provide iqama services in Saudi Arabia per request and quote before we start. Small businesses get the same help as online, GRO-style government relations support, per request or monthly.

Most returned applications come down to a missing document, a name spelled differently from the passport, a date that leaves too little time, or a file the platform rejects. In every service we check completeness, matching data and file format before you submit.
Iqama and residency services on Absher and Muqeem
Our iqama services in Saudi Arabia start with who has to act. The head of the family renews dependents’ and domestic workers’ iqamas on Absher Individuals. For employees, the employer pays the work permit on Qiwa first, then insurance and the iqama fee, and renews in Muqeem or Absher Business; the Labor Law puts these fees on the employer. Unpaid traffic fines often block a renewal, so we check before you pay anything.
Service snapshot
- Who it’s for: sponsors of dependents and domestic workers, HR teams, and anyone with a blocked renewal.
- What you do: log in with Nafath, approve verification codes and pay the government fees.
- What we prepare: a check of dates and fines, the request data, and step-by-step guidance. For an iqama transfer to a new employer, we guide both sides through Qiwa.
- How it’s priced: Absher requests from SAR 79; multi-step work is quoted in a range. See our service fees.
Guides: iqama renewal for dependents on Absher and iqama renewal fees for employees.
Visa services: exit re-entry, final exit and family visit
Each visa is issued by a different person on a different platform. Refusals usually come from conditions, not the form: too few iqama days left, an unpaid fine, or a car still registered to someone leaving for good.
| Visa | Who applies | Where | Guide |
|---|---|---|---|
| Exit re-entry | Head of the family (dependents, domestic workers); employer (employees) | Absher Individuals; Muqeem or Absher Business | Exit re-entry visa |
| Final exit | Employer or head of the family; an employee whose contract has ended | Absher Business, Muqeem or Absher Individuals | Final exit visa |
| Family visit | A resident with a work iqama, for parents, wife and children | MOFA visa platform; extension on Absher | Family visit visa |
Service snapshot
- Who it’s for: residents travelling or leaving, family sponsors and HR teams.
- What you do: log in with Nafath, confirm the visa and pay any fee.
- What we prepare: date and fine checks, the Arabic family visit form with names matching the passports, and the certification documents.
- How it’s priced: Absher visa requests from SAR 79; a family visit application is quoted once we see the documents. See pricing.
Employer services on Qiwa and GOSI
Most worker procedures now run through Qiwa, with social insurance on GOSI. We help owners and HR staff with contract documentation, profession changes (the establishment must be Platinum or Green in Nitaqat), work permit renewals, Nitaqat checks, absence (huroob) reports and GOSI registration. A huroob report filed on Qiwa cannot be withdrawn, so we review the facts with you first.
Service snapshot
- Who it’s for: small and medium establishments, and workers with a Qiwa or huroob question.
- What you do: sign in as an authorised user, approve and pay; employees accept requests in their own Qiwa account.
- What we prepare: request data, Nitaqat and eligibility checks, report wording and GOSI registration data.
- How it’s priced: Qiwa contract documentation from SAR 99 per contract; GOSI requests SAR 150–300; transfer of services or profession change SAR 400–1,000. See pricing.
Guides: iqama profession change, Nitaqat on Qiwa, huroob (absent from work) and GOSI registration for employers.
Business procedures: commercial registration, Balady and MISA
A small business keeps linked records on several platforms: the commercial registration (CR) through the Saudi Business Center, the Balady licence with its Civil Defense requirements, the chamber of commerce and, for foreign investors, MISA. Under the Investment Law in force since 2025, foreign investors register with MISA instead of holding the old investment licence that many guides still describe. Inspections are done by the authorities themselves.
Service snapshot
- Who it’s for: sole proprietors, small company owners and managers of foreign-owned businesses.
- What you do: log in as the owner or authorised manager, pay, sign and attend any inspection.
- What we prepare: trade name, CR, annual confirmation and activity changes, Balady licence data, chamber attestations and MISA documents.
- How it’s priced: CR procedures SAR 150–400; Balady requests SAR 200–450; requests across several platforms SAR 700–1,500; company formation after assessment. See pricing.
Guides: Balady licence renewal and chamber of commerce attestation.
Najiz requests, letters, objections and replies
Najiz, the Ministry of Justice platform, covers powers of attorney, court requests, enforcement and real estate. We find the right service, prepare its data and attachments, and draft letters, complaints and objections, such as a traffic violation dispute on Absher (due within 30 days of the violation being registered). We are not a law firm: no legal advice and no court representation.
Service snapshot
- Who it’s for: individuals and establishments with a Najiz request, an objection or a letter.
- What you do: log in with Nafath, approve the final text, then submit and sign.
- What we prepare: the request data, the draft text and the list of supporting documents.
- How it’s priced: Najiz electronic power of attorney from SAR 99; official letters SAR 150–300; complaints or objections SAR 200–450. See pricing.
Guides: Najiz services explained and checking and disputing traffic violations.
Follow-up on applications already submitted
If a request is pending, returned or rejected, we check its status with you, explain the note, prepare the reply or missing document and update you on WhatsApp. Replying to notes costs SAR 150–400, and following up a stalled request SAR 300–900. See government transaction follow-up.

FAQ
Questions about our iqama, visa and business services
Can you renew my iqama for me?
We prepare and guide, but the account holder renews: the head of the family on Absher for dependents, or the employer through Qiwa and then Muqeem or Absher Business for employees.
Do you offer an iqama transfer service?
Guidance only. A transfer is a Qiwa request that the new employer submits and the worker accepts, with conditions that depend on the contract. We check them and guide both sides.
Do you issue exit re-entry and final exit visas?
We check the conditions and guide you, and the visa is issued from your own Absher account or from the employer’s Absher Business or Muqeem account. Any fee is paid by you through official channels.
Can you help with a family visit visa application?
Yes. We prepare the Arabic form and documents and check names against the passports; you submit on the MOFA visa platform with Nafath. Stamping at the embassy or visa centre abroad is outside our service.
Will you need my Absher, Qiwa or Nafath password?
No. You log in and enter verification codes yourself while we guide you on WhatsApp. Never share a password or code with anyone, including us.
How much do your services cost?
Simple services start from SAR 49 and Absher requests from SAR 79; larger requests are quoted before we start. Government fees are separate and paid by you on the official platform.
