Following up court cases electronically is now the standard way to handle many judicial procedures in Saudi Arabia. Whether you are in Riyadh or anywhere else in the Kingdom, many case inquiries, requests and status updates are available on official judicial platforms such as Najiz. Moaqeb provides this as a fully electronic general services office: we do not go to courts or any office; we help you with the electronic requests available on Najiz: inquiries, checking the status of a request or case, preparing supporting documents and submitting available online requests together with you.
What does electronic court follow-up cover?
It is an organizational service that helps you follow your judicial file online through official digital channels: checking the status of a case or request, preparing supporting documents in a clean digital format, helping you submit requests that are available online and sending you every update on WhatsApp. You stay informed without travelling or waiting in line.
Important: we are an electronic services office, not a law firm. We do not provide legal representation, plead cases, give legal advice, draft statements of claim or defenses, or attend hearings. Hearings are attended by the party or their licensed lawyer, whether remotely or at the court. Our role is procedural and administrative only.
What can be done on judicial platforms?
Available services depend on the case type and the authority, but common examples include:
- Case and request inquiries: current status, hearing dates and issued notifications.
- Submitting available online requests: such as certain enforcement requests or requests linked to an existing case, as the platform allows.
- Attaching supporting documents: uploading the documents that support a request in a clear digital format where required.
- Electronic powers of attorney: reviewing options to issue or verify a power of attorney through official channels.
- Judgments and decisions: seeing what has been issued in the file and what the next steps are.
How we work with you
- Contact: message us on WhatsApp or call and explain the case or request you want followed.
- Share the data: send the case or request number and any documents you have in digital form.
- Sign-in and verification: you sign in to Najiz through Nafath (National Single Sign-On), enter the one-time code, pay any fees and sign yourself, while we guide you step by step inside the platform. We never ask for passwords or verification codes.
- Preparation and submission: we organize the supporting documents, prepare the request details and review them with you, then help you submit online as close to completion as possible.
- Online follow-up: we track the request status with you on the platform and keep you updated.
Preparing supporting documents digitally
Many judicial requests stall because of a missing document, an unreadable scan or mismatched details. We focus on the administrative side: clear file names, legible scans, attachments ordered as the form requires and names and ID numbers that match the file. Legal drafting of claims and defenses, and representation before the court, are not part of our service; they are for a licensed lawyer.
Documents you may need
| Procedure | Typical documents and data |
|---|---|
| Case inquiry | Case or request number and the party’s ID. |
| Request linked to an existing case | Case number, supporting documents and a short statement of the request. |
| Enforcement request | The enforceable instrument, party details and the data the platform’s request form asks for. |
| Follow-up for a company | Company details and a valid authorization or power of attorney for its representative. |
This list is a guide only. Actual requirements are set by the platform and the competent authority for each request type.
What stays with you or your lawyer
- Attending hearings yourself or through a licensed lawyer, remotely or at the court.
- Legal representation and drafting of claims and defenses, through a licensed lawyer where needed.
- Legal decisions in the case, such as settlement, objection or appeal, in consultation with your lawyer.
- Issuing the powers of attorney or authorizations required through official channels.
- Signing in through Nafath, entering one-time codes, paying and signing yourself for each step that needs it.
The same division of roles applies to other online transactions; read more about how an online government transactions agent works.
Fees
Service fees depend on the type of service, the requirements and the size of the file. Government fees, where they apply, are separate and paid to the authority. See our pricing page or message us for an estimate.
